What's your fitness specialty?
I’m fucking strong. I mean that. If I train, I can lift a house.
What's your preferred style of encouragement?
Self-care, love, and reality checks.
What would you recommend to someone that is new to the city, or working out, in terms of meeting and connecting with others?
Hmmm...honestly I would go to different fitness facilities (CrossFit, Barry’s bootcamp, yoga, Pilates, etc) and shoot your shot.
How are your favorite workouts structured? By sets and reps? Or Sets and Duration?
My favorite workouts are the ones that look impossible on paper like 800m handstand walk or something ridiculous like that.

Pizza and Oreos.

1) I love paranormal anything.
2) I credit my strength to training horses growing up.

Making the CrossFit games; I discovered what self-worth really was.
